Starting therapy

Following this initial consultation, you will begin working with your therapist to start your therapeutic journey. While everyone's path is unique, many clients begin experiencing positive changes and insights within the first few sessions. Individual Therapy

In our first session we asses what problems you are struggling with and what strategies we are going to follow in order to help you with them. We will make a plan on how to tackle it and define steps for success in the therapeutic process

This therapeutic approach helps mainly with trauma and trauma responses. It is compatible with your individual therapy or can be the only technique that you use.

In couples therapy we try to address both of the partners' interests and concerns. We pay special attention to the communication partners and the way the couple resolves conflicts.
